2026-2027 Membership Renewal
This Membership website for VARMS has not been optimised for mobile phone use and is best viewed with a desktop or laptop computer.
Update Tuesday 14th July 2026
Weekly processing of membership renewals has ended.
Processing of memberships will now return to occurring in the first week of every month.
Update Friday 12th June 2026
The 'Renewal Instructions' email has been sent to members now (Friday 12th June 2026). Follow those instructions or watch the videos below and renew your membership.
If you haven't received a Renewal email then contact the Registrar (click for Contacts page).
If you have successfully logged into this website then you will find the My Subscription page by clicking the link under My Account in the menu at the top of this page. You will only see the My Subscription link after you have logged in. If you haven't logged in you will see the Login link in the menu instead.
Online Membership Renewal payment methods are limited to:-
- Credit or Debit card online.
- EFT Bank Transfer online.
- Bank Deposit at the bank.
Credit or Debit card online is recommended, as your VARMS membership will be active immediately and this method minimises the workload for the club Registrar and Treasurer.
A Membership Renewal Assistance day will be run at the VARMS club house on Saturday the 20th of June between 10am and 2pm for those who are unable to use the VARMS website to renew their membership or who wish to pay cash.
If you can't perform the Membership Renewal online or attend the Membership Renewal Assistance day, then let the Club Secretary know and we can send you a paper form that you can complete to do the job.
Note - Cheque payments won’t be accepted for any renewal method.
