Renewal Instructions

You will receive an email from the Registrar outlining how to go about the Renewal process for the 2024-2025 membership year. Follow those instructions or watch the video below to renew your membership.

If you haven't received a Renewal email then contact the Registrar (click for Contacts page).

If you're computer savvy you will more than likely be able to navigate your way around the website and successfully renew your membership subscription.

If you have successfully logged into this website then you will find the My Subscription page by clicking the link under My Account in the menu at the top of this page. You will only see the link after you have logged in. If you haven't logged in you will see the Login link in the menu instead.

If you would like some guidance on using the website, we recommend watching the Renewal Walk Through video below before logging in and performing the renewal. It will take you step by step through the renewal process and provide some help if you find yourself stuck somewhere along the way. It's a reasonable length (25 minutes) but it will explain almost everything to you.

If you find that you can't make it happen no matter how hard you try then let the Registrar know and we can send you a paper renewal form that you can complete to do the job.
